Healing Together
Reducing opioid and substance use disorder illness and death through risk reduction, peer recovery, and community collaboration across Allegany and Garrett counties.
Healing Together is AHEC West's substance use disorder initiative — a collaborative network of community agencies, peer recovery specialists, and county residents working together to reduce opioid and substance use disorder illness and death across Allegany and Garrett counties.
Through multiple programs operating across risk reduction, peer recovery, and community outreach, Healing Together meets people where they are — without judgment.
